Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Welcome to Valhalla Computers.
These Terms of Service govern your use of valhalla-computers.com and your purchase or use of services provided by Valhalla Computers.
By accessing this website, requesting services, submitting a Free Sample request, purchasing a Content Forge package, beginning a recurring subscription, or otherwise engaging Valhalla Computers to perform work, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
About Valhalla Computers
Valhalla Computers provides digital services for small businesses, including website content creation, WordPress assistance, digital and social content, website copy, imagery, and related services.
Available services may change over time. Current service descriptions and pricing are displayed on the Valhalla Computers website or provided through a written quote.
Content Forge Starter
The Content Forge Starter is currently offered as a one-time package.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the Starter package includes:
- One substantial website article
- One custom featured image
- SEO-friendly title and meta description
- WordPress-ready formatting
- Relevant tags
- One Facebook post
- One Google Business Profile post
- One revision
The Starter package is designed to provide one complete example of the Valhalla Content Forge process.
Additional work beyond the listed package may require a separate quote or additional fee.
Monthly Content Forge
The Monthly Content Forge is a recurring service currently billed monthly.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, each monthly service period includes:
- Four substantial website articles
- Four custom featured images
- SEO-friendly titles and descriptions
- WordPress-ready formatting
- Relevant tags
- Corresponding Facebook content
- Google Business Profile posts
- One revision per article
Monthly services apply only to the billing period for which payment has been successfully received.
Unused articles or deliverables do not automatically carry forward into future months unless Valhalla Computers agrees otherwise in writing.
WordPress and Other Digital Services
WordPress support, website updates, troubleshooting, content refreshes, and other digital services may vary substantially from one project to another.
When work does not fall within a fixed-price package, Valhalla Computers may provide a quote or description of the agreed work before beginning.
Changes or requests that substantially expand the original scope may require additional fees or a revised quote.
Free Samples
Valhalla Computers may offer a Free Sample to prospective customers.
Unless otherwise stated, a Free Sample may include:
- One suggested content topic
- One proposed headline
- Approximately 150–250 words of sample opening copy
- A short explanation of why the topic was selected
A Free Sample is intended to demonstrate our approach and is not a complete article, complete Content Forge package, or commitment to provide additional work without payment.
Free Samples are generally limited to one per business unless Valhalla Computers agrees otherwise.
Valhalla Computers reserves the right to decline a Free Sample request.
Payments
Payments are currently processed through PayPal.
When you complete a transaction through PayPal, you may also be subject to PayPal’s own terms, privacy practices, and payment policies.
Valhalla Computers does not directly store complete credit card numbers, bank account credentials, or other full payment credentials entered through PayPal.
Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Work may not begin until required payment has been successfully received.
Recurring Billing
By purchasing Monthly Content Forge or another recurring service, you authorize the applicable recurring payment through PayPal according to the price and billing frequency disclosed during checkout.
For Monthly Content Forge, the current standard billing frequency is once per month.
The subscription will continue until cancelled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current and that recurring charges can be processed successfully.
Cancelling a Monthly Subscription
You may cancel a Monthly Content Forge subscription at any time.
Cancellation may be completed through your PayPal automatic-payment or subscription settings or by contacting Valhalla Computers.
To avoid the next scheduled payment, cancellation should be completed at least three business days before the next billing date.
Cancellation prevents future monthly billing.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a monthly payment that has already been processed or work already performed during the current billing period.
After cancellation, Valhalla Computers will complete any work already earned and reasonably in progress under the paid billing period unless circumstances make completion impractical or the parties agree otherwise.
One-Time Project Cancellations
If you purchase a one-time service and request cancellation before work has begun, Valhalla Computers may provide a full refund.
Once meaningful work has begun, any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed and expenses already incurred.
If substantial work has already been performed, some or all of the project fee may be non-refundable.
Valhalla Computers will make reasonable efforts to handle cancellation requests fairly based on the actual status of the project.
Refunds
Because Valhalla Computers provides customized digital services, completed work generally cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
Refunds are therefore evaluated according to:
- Whether work has begun
- How much work has been completed
- Whether custom images or content have already been produced
- Whether third-party expenses have been incurred
- Whether the request falls outside the originally agreed scope
- Whether Valhalla Computers has materially failed to provide the agreed service
Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact page.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Client Responsibilities
Successful digital work depends on accurate information from the client.
You agree to provide information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service, which may include:
- Business name
- Website address
- Business location or service area
- Services offered
- Product or service details
- Customer information or target audience
- Preferred tone or style
- Relevant business policies
- Access credentials when necessary
- Other information reasonably required to complete the project
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to provide or use any materials supplied to Valhalla Computers.
Review of Business Information
Valhalla Computers may research publicly available information when creating content, but the client remains the best source of information about their own business.
Before publication, clients are responsible for reviewing finished material for factual accuracy involving matters such as:
- Prices
- Service availability
- Product specifications
- Business hours
- Locations
- Licensing or certifications
- Warranties
- Technical claims
- Legal or regulatory statements
- Industry-specific requirements
Valhalla Computers should be informed promptly if a factual correction is required.
Revisions
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to work already created within the agreed scope.
Unless otherwise stated, Content Forge packages include one revision per article.
Examples of reasonable revisions may include:
- Tone adjustments
- Correcting business information
- Rewording a section
- Adding or removing a limited amount of information
- Making reasonable formatting changes
A revision does not include replacing the original project with an entirely different topic, service, audience, or direction after the work has been completed.
Major changes in scope may require an additional fee.
Client Delays
Projects may require information, approval, credentials, files, or feedback from the client.
Valhalla Computers is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, unavailable access credentials, incomplete instructions, or other client-controlled circumstances.
If a project remains inactive for an extended period because required client information has not been provided, Valhalla Computers may place the project on hold.
Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery estimate provided by Valhalla Computers is an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Project complexity
- Required research
- Client response time
- Requested revisions
- Technical problems
- Third-party service interruptions
- Illness, emergency, or other circumstances outside reasonable control
Valhalla Computers will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
WordPress Access and Credentials
Some services may require temporary administrative access to a client’s WordPress installation, hosting account, website, or related service.
Clients are responsible for providing access they are authorized to provide.
Valhalla Computers will use supplied credentials only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed work.
Clients are encouraged to create temporary or dedicated accounts when possible and may revoke access after the project is completed.
Valhalla Computers is not responsible for pre-existing website problems, outdated software, incompatible plugins, compromised websites, hosting failures, or other conditions that existed before work began.
Backups
Before substantial website modifications are performed, clients are encouraged to maintain a current backup of their website and data.
Valhalla Computers may create backups when appropriate, but unless backup service is specifically included in the agreed work, the client remains responsible for maintaining adequate backups of business-critical systems and information.
Third-Party Software and Services
Valhalla Computers works with websites and services operated by third parties, which may include WordPress, web hosts, plugins, themes, PayPal, email providers, social platforms, search engines, and other services.
Those companies operate independently and may change their:
- Pricing
- Features
- Policies
- APIs
- Availability
- Terms
- Software
- Search algorithms
- Platform rules
Valhalla Computers cannot guarantee the continued availability or behavior of third-party products or services.
Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tools
Valhalla Computers may use artificial intelligence, automation, design software, research tools, editing tools, and other modern technologies as part of the workflow used to create or prepare client work.
These tools assist the production process but do not replace the responsibility to review and prepare finished deliverables for the client’s intended use.
Clients are purchasing the finished service and deliverables described in their package or agreement rather than any particular internal production method.
Search Engines, Traffic, and Marketing Results
Valhalla Computers may prepare content using generally accepted practices intended to make website material clear, useful, organized, and search-friendly.
However, no specific search-engine ranking is guaranteed.
Valhalla Computers does not guarantee:
- Placement on the first page of Google or another search engine
- A particular search ranking
- A specific amount of website traffic
- Social-media reach
- Leads
- Calls
- Sales
- Revenue
- Conversion rates
- Business growth
Search engines, social networks, advertising platforms, customer behavior, competitors, and numerous other factors are outside the control of Valhalla Computers.
Our obligation is to provide the agreed work, not to guarantee a particular business outcome.
Intellectual Property — Client Materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide to Valhalla Computers, including your:
- Business name
- Logos
- Photographs
- Existing website content
- Documents
- Trademarks
- Original materials
By supplying those materials, you grant Valhalla Computers permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.
You represent that you have the right to use and provide any materials submitted for a project.
Intellectual Property — Finished Work
After full payment for the applicable project, the client receives the right to use the final custom deliverables created specifically for that client as part of the paid service, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions that may apply.
Drafts, unused concepts, internal working files, production methods, reusable templates, software, prompts, systems, processes, tools, and other materials not expressly included as final deliverables remain the property of Valhalla Computers or their respective owners.
Third-party materials remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Portfolio Use
Valhalla Computers may request permission to display completed client work as an example of our services.
Identifiable client work will not intentionally be presented as a Valhalla portfolio project without appropriate permission.
Fictional demonstration projects may be created and displayed to illustrate our services without representing those demonstrations as actual clients.

You may not use Valhalla Computers services to knowingly create, distribute, or promote material that:
- Violates applicable law

Valhalla Computers may refuse work that we reasonably believe creates legal, ethical, security, or reputational concerns.

Website Availability
Valhalla Computers makes reasonable efforts to keep this website available and functional.
However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, updates, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided with reasonable professional care based on the information available and the scope agreed with the client.
Except where prohibited by law, Valhalla Computers does not make warranties regarding outcomes controlled by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This includes search engines, hosting companies, plugins, social platforms, payment processors, customer behavior, or other independent services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valhalla Computers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
This may include lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of search rankings, business interruption, or similar damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valhalla Computers’ total liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Valhalla Computers for the service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials or instructions you provide when those materials or instructions violate applicable law, infringe the rights of another party, or are used without required permission.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the Valhalla Computers Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to Services and Pricing
Valhalla Computers may change services, package contents, or pricing from time to time.
Changes generally apply to future purchases or future subscription periods rather than retroactively altering work that has already been purchased and paid for.
Recurring customers will be informed when a material pricing or service change requires action before a future billing period.
Changes to These Terms
Valhalla Computers may update these Terms of Service as the website, business, services, technology, or applicable requirements change.
The date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and services provided by Valhalla Computers are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law requires otherwise.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes directly.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable service descriptions, invoices, written quotes, and any specific written project agreement together form the agreement between Valhalla Computers and the client regarding the applicable services.
If a specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written agreement controls for that project.
Contact
Questions regarding these Terms of Service, a purchase, subscription, cancellation, refund, or service may be submitted through the Valhalla Computers Contact page.
